I was very pleased with my visit. The staff at Firestone were very friendly. The price of the tires was very reasonable and they took care of everything for me in good time.

Purchased 4 tires off an eBay retailer and arranged installation at this store through eBay's Car Advise. On installation day only two arrived, Fed Ex delay not the stores fault and we rescheduled for the next day. Jesse the service manager welcomed me back with a smile and got me right in when scheduled. I asked if they could check the alignment. It needed one. They had me in and out in about an hour. I really must say this was a very pleasant experience. They cheerfully installed the tires and did a fantastic job. Car rides so smooth and straight. I actually had to get used to it. They fixed me up for my trip back to Florida and I would recommend doing business with this crew. Everyone in the store is very polite.

I can’t say enough great things about Billy and Jesse at Firestone in Conway. Even though I drive a Toyota, I choose to come here because of the level of care, precision, and professionalism they consistently provide. They are incredibly knowledgeable and always take the time to explain what’s going on with my vehicle in a way that makes me feel confident and informed. What truly sets them apart is their willingness to go the extra mile. As a single mom of two children with special needs, having a reliable vehicle isn’t optional…it’s essential. Knowing I have trustworthy technicians like Billy and Jesse looking out for my safety gives me real peace of mind. They treat you with respect, urgency, and genuine care every time. If you’re looking for honest, dependable service, this is the place to go. You will not regret it.
